​1. Choose your head style and write the doll name in space provided. Each doll uses specific parts as listed

2. Select Add to Cart; then View Cart

3. If order is complete select Buy Now

4. Select Continue Shopping to add additional items to cart

5. Review additional options at bottom of page, i.e., body, skin color, eye and mouth cutting and add each item to cart, as needed

6. Select your home state from dropdown list on cart page

7. When cart is complete select Buy Now NOTE: All modern dolls are poured in Flesh color

Orders for porcelain may not be ready to ship until they are poured, fired or painted depending on your order.  Porcelain quantities do not necessarily reflect in store quantities. If in stock it will be shipped immediately.

Estimated time for SFGW is 3-4 weeks minimum from date of payment. NOTE: Seams are NOT removed before soft firing. Estimated time for bisque parts is minimum 4-6 weeks from date of payment. Painted stage requires minimum 6-8 weeks to complete from date of payment. All dolls by modern artists and dolls of color are poured in French Bisque. Antique dolls are poured in Lady White porcelain. Additional color choices, of limited availability, can be purchased for an additional fee; Aztec Tan, French Chocolate and Brown Velvet. NOTE: Dolls are poured with parts as pictured.

SFGW Additional costs for eye cutting and sizing, mouth and teeth, pierced ears. Choose these when ordering greenware or bisque.

Bisque: Price includes firing

Unpainted Bisque parts are ready to paint after minimal sanding and polishing. Porcelain is fired to cone 6. Estimated order to ship time is 3-6 weeks.

Painted: Not assembled only painted.

Payments are due at the time an order is placed as we do not begin processing orders without full payment. Acceptable forms of payment are listed on the checkout page. Customer is responsible for shipping, handling & insurance. Any breakage that occurs during shipping must be reported via email the day you receive the package along with a photo of the packaging and damaged item for insurance purposes.
